Education Opportunity Fund (EOF) Admission Who is an EOF Applicant? The Education Opportunity Fund (EOF) program at Montclair State University extends an opportunity for admission to students who show potential for academic success, yet lack the educational and financial resources to gain admission to the University. Provided you meet the criteria, you can be an EOF student as a Freshman or a Transfer applicant, depending on your particular academic background.
