A retired English teacher and educational media specialist who also taught creative, expository and technical writing at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, Jacqueline Seewald is a full-time writer. Eight of her books of fiction have been published. Her short stories, poems, essays, reviews and articles have appeared in publications such as "The Writer," "The Christian Science Monitor," "Library Journal," and "Publishers Weekly," among others. She was nominated for a Nebula Award in 2008. Seewald has two recent novels, The Inferno Collection and The Drowning Pool.
