Col. Mike Davino has been assigned as the Director for Manpower, Personnel, and Administration for the United States Pacific Command in Hawaii.  The Pacific Command consists of more than 300,000 U.S. military and civilian personnel in 36 countries or assigned to ships at sea.    

Beth McNeilly Naples

Beth McNeilly Naples received the Berkshire Bank 2009 Volunteer of the Year Award for the Vermont Region. McNeilly's longtime service to the Manchester and the Mountains Kiwanis Club and Pack 333 of Green Mountain Council of the Boy Scouts of America were highlighted. The Berkshire Bank Foundation made a donation in McNeilly's name to the Green Mountain Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
