Charles Blumenkehl, President and Founder of Blue Realty GMAC, is managing partner of the Blue Asset Management Fund.  His fund purchases performing and non-performing mortgage assets in New Jersey and Florida.  Blue Realty has just opened their ninth office located in Verona NJ.
