The Next Big Thing…

The Department of Theatre and Dance is on the move! To extend MSU’s outreach, our touring company takes theatre, featuring contemporary social issues, to schools throughout the state. This adventure begins with the world premiere of a play that commemorates the 10th anniversary of September 11 and explores the teenage experience in this post 9/11 world. Both wildly entertaining and deeply provocative, this very personal story will touch students and stimulate discussions and writing.

We are committed to providing reasonably-priced in-school theatre for your
students: $600 for one performance, $750 for two performances on the same day.
This fee includes the production, a post-play discussion, and a study guide. Flexible
performance requirements mean that we can accommodate your venues.
