Broadcasting majors gain valuable production experience in all forms by working on the television program Carpe Diem, aired weekly on Comcast and Cablevision, reaching as many as 485,000 homes. Students further hone their skills working on Inside MSU, a program featuring events on campus and student life. Seniors with demonstrated skills are afforded additional opportunities through Special Projects which have included productions such as Your Worst Nightmare (a video about violence in high schools, distributed to 70 high schools in NJ) and Conversations with Olympia Dukakis which was aired on NJN.
