These are exciting times for the John J. Cali School of Music, as the program is busily reaching new levels of participation and quality. There are over 400 music students, over 100 faculty and staff, and most importantly – our ensembles have never sounded better.

The new Cali School building, opened in September 2009, has brought new sophistication and direction to music at MSU, and we would like as many alumni as possible to be involved in the facility’s ceremonial opening in  January. We are celebrating through a series of events including concerts and alumni gatherings. These festivities will be excellent opportunities to reacquaint you with the improvements to the campus, and introduce you to the new John J. Cali School of Music and its current class of students.  You are a part of this celebrated and growing lineage!
