Tutors/Workshops

Tutors are available throughout the semester in all academic areas, free of charge. The office of Center for Academic Development and Assessment provide a comprehensive tutoring program offering most subjects on a daily basis. Student-athletes requesting a tutor will receive information on how to best use their time with the appointed tutor and subject. Appointments can be made at 655-4364 or you can pick up a tutor schedule at Morehead Hall Rm. 140 or the SDA office.

In addition, throughout the academic year SDA will provide workshops on Test-taking, Study Skills, Time Management and other areas to assist students-athletes in adjusting to the demands of college life. Academic Services for Athletes will inform students of additional workshops through other campus offices and encourage active participation in enhancing their academic experience.
