BROWN POSTS IMPRESSIVE MARK IN 110 HURDLES AT IC4A CHAMPIONSHIPS
Princeton, NJ (5/17/08) – Freshman athletes Will Brown (Gloucester, NJ / Palmyra) posted an impressive time in the 110 hurdles as he tuned up for next week's NCAA Division III Championships by finishing in the Top 20 at the IC4A Championships held at Princeton University.
Brown posted a time of 14.44 as he competed against the field of Division I competitors. He finished 16th in the event, but his time moved him from 12th to tied for third on the performance list for the NCAA Division III Championships which will be held at Oshkosh, WI on Thursday.
Brown, the NJAC Outstanding Athlete of the Year, posted an automatic qualifying time for the NCAAs. He also qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in March and just missed reaching the finals. |
