MSU SPLITS MATCHES ON FINAL DAY OF DUCKS INVITATIONAL

Hoboken, NJ (10/4/08) – Junior outside hitter Karen Martin (right) had 21 kills and 13 digs as Montclair State salvaged a split of their final day of competition at the Ducks Invitational on Saturday. MSU fell to CCNY in three sets before closing out action with a three-set win against Clarkson.

MONTCLAIR FALLS TO CORTLAND,
ST. MARY'S (MD) AT DUCKS INVITATIONAL

Hoboken, NJ (10/3/08) –The Montclair State volleyball team dropped its first two matches at the Ducks Invitational held at Stevens on Friday. The Red Hawks dropped a five-set decision to Cortland before falling 3-0 to St. Mary's (MD). Karen Martin (right) had 16 kills and seven service aces for MSU in the two matches.

MONTCLAIR STATE ROLLS PAST RUTGERS-NEWARK, 3-0

Montclair, NJ (9/30/08) – Junior outside hitter Karen Martin (right) collected nine kills while sophomore Devon Johnston and junior Christine Toskovich had six and five, respectively as Montclair State rolled past Rutgers-Newark, 3-0 in NJAC volleyball action at the MSU Student Recreation Center on Tuesday.
