SCILLIERI LAUDED BY NJAC, ECAC AND D3KICKS.COM

Montclair, NJ (10/15/07) – Freshman Christyn Scillieri (Wayne, NJ / Wayne Valley) earned a trio of honors for her outstanding play last week as she was named the NJAC and ECAC Player of the Week while also landing a spot on the D3Kicks.com "Team of the Week".

Scillieri earned all three honors after tallying seven points, including the game-winning score in each match, during a pair of NJAC victories for Montclair. She first tallied the game-winning goal with five minutes left in the first half during the Red Hawks’ 3-0 NJAC road win at Kean. Three days later, she tallied two goals and added an assist for five points in MSU’s 3-2 NJAC victory over NJCU.

Scillieri is currently second on the team in goals with seven and points (17). She currently ranks tied for fifth in the NJAC in game-winning goals with three on the season.
