- Practice
interviewing with a
friend or use a tape recorder. Make an appointment with a counselor for a role
play if you think you need more help.
- Word-process
a rough draft of your resume. Study it, correct it, and redo it. Have
your resumé critiqued by a counselor in Career Development. Bring a word-processed
copy of your resumé to the office and ask that it be critiqued. You may
pick it up two days later. Or bring your resumé to the office during counseling
drop-in hours for an in-person critique. Print
the final copy of your resumé using Career Development's Computer Lab.
