Career Fairs

Career Fairs, hosted by the Center for Career Services & Cooperative Education, are among the most effective way for employers to identify and meet qualified internship and job candidates. All students and alumni are encouraged to attend the fairs to explore a range of careers, to network, and to pursue internship or career opportunities.

While you may use career fairs as your only on-campus recruiting activity, fairs are most successful when combined with on-campus interviews, information sessions, or employer workshops. Establishing organizational name recognition through a frequent campus presence will allow your campus visits to become more productive. When your organization participates in a career fair, it gains valuable exposure as the fairs are marketed broadly through a variety of methods, including but not limited to our web site, the Montclarion (the school newspaper), and newsletters.
