Q. What are the guidelines for nominating a student employee?
A. Students should be nominated and recommended using the following criteria:

• work ethic
• initiative
• quality of work
• disposition
• contribution to employer

IMPORTANT: The supervisor’s description of how the student meets each of the criteria assists the committee in its decisions. The quality of these descriptions is the sole basis upon which the committee makes its decision.
