
I want to research careers. How do I use the Career Library?
The Career Library, located on the third floor of Morehead Hall, contains information in 4 categories:
Career Information (color coded yellow)* Books and brochures describing thousands of occupations in the public and corporate sectors of the economy. Want to find out what it's like to be a bee keeper or a journalist? This is the place to look.
Government Information (color coded orange) Want to find out what it's like to be an FBI agent or a member of the Peace Corps or diplomatic service? Look here.
Graduate School Information (color coded red) Directories identifying masters, doctoral level, and professional programs across the country.This section of the library also has info on financial aid for graduate school, test booklets for the GRE, etc., listings of accredited programs.
Job Hunt Information (color coded blue) Books and brochures identifying specific employers. Do you need to find out the mission of a social service agency? This section of the library also has info on employment agencies, salary surveys, industry trends.

You are welcome to use these books in the Career Library anytime the office is open.
