Summer Camp 2012 - Procedures

Drop-off

  • Morning drop-off between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Pick-up

  • Half Day - 12:30 p.m.
  • Full Day - 3:30 p.m.
  • Full Day - 5:30 p.m.

Pick-up times must be indicated on your application and will remain the same for you entire session.
Please Note: If your child is not picked up by 6:15 p.m., you will be charged a late pick-up fee of $25 per half hour.

Directions & Maps

Entrance from Normal Avenue (view map)

  • Enter Campus at Carlisle Road.
  • Proceed straight through the first stop sign and stay to the right.
  • At the second stop sign, bear to the right on to Webster Road.
  • Follow Webster Road up the hill, bear to the right onto Quad Road past the Red Hawk Diner (on the left).
  • Make the first left turn onto Blanton Road.
  • Blanton Hall will be to your right.

  • Enter Campus at Yogi Berra Drive.
  • At the light, turn right on to Carlisle Road.
  • Make the first left turn on to Webster Road.
  • Follow Webster Road up the hill, bear to the right onto Quad Road past the Red Hawk Diner (on the left).
  • Make the first left turn onto Blanton Road.
  • Blanton Hall will be to your right

Please note: The route for pick-up varies slightly from the morning drop-off location.

  • Late afternoon pickup between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
    Students will not be available prior to 5:30 p.m.

  • Bohn Hall will be to your right. Blanton Hall will be to your left.

If parents/caregivers drop-off or pick up the camper at a non-scheduled time, parents/caregivers must park in the Red Hawk Deck or metered parking, and deliver the camper to their scheduled class or pick up and sign-out the camper from his/her regularly scheduled class room.

For a non-family member to pick up or drop-off a camper, parents should send a note with their child with the date, time, name, and phone number of the person responsible for the camper’s transportation
