MSU Faculty Led Short-Term Study Abroad Institutes

The Department of Theatre and Dance makes its debut at the world's largest arts festival in August. Inspiring, interactive theatre alongside classic work defines the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Join us as a participant in this unique, world-class event where performers of all disciplines and backgrounds come together to tell their stories and share their ideas in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Students work on the production in the areas of Acting/Directing, Production Design, Management, and/or Audience Development. Students have an opportunity to see and discuss innovative stage productions from all over the world. Participants in the course are also welcome to focus on the audience experience and select performances from the thousands of exciting, exhilarating, and challenging events offered day and night at the festival. There will be orientation meetings scheduled at Montclair State University prior to the study program as well as time allotted for rehearsal and production.
