Please Read Faculty Led Program Policies
The Faculty Led Check-List Form will give you a list of forms and timeline for application.
The first step is to submit the Registration PDF Form (or Word) and Reference Form to the Global Education Center.
Once accepted please submit the Liability Form, Code of Conduct Form and the Emergency Treatment Form.
Students Applying for Financial Aid should have the Financial Aid Form completed by the Global Education Center and then present it to the Financial Aid Office.
Itinerary Change Request Form is optional.
Other Forms Scholarships Montclair State University students may apply for a Global Education scholarship for these programs. The deadline for summer programs application is March 1st. The deadline for spring International Field Trips is Dec 1st. Students applying for financial aid should obtain a program budget form from the Global Education Center before contacting the Financial Aid office.
