Computer Labs
The office of Information Technology staffs and maintains 10 public
computer labs (Bohn Hall, Dickson Hall 281, Russ Hall, Partridge Hall 113,
Richardson Hall 105, Richardson Hall 110, Sprague Library, and Blanton),
which are open to any MSU student with proper ID. Each lab contains
computers with internet access, printing capabilities, and software. For

Dining Services
MSU has a wide variety of dining options on campus, including 24-hour

Housing
Housing for graduate students is available on campus. Students must
contact the Office of Residence Life at 973-655-5188 to apply for

Shuttle Service
The MSU shuttle system provides service throughout the campus,
including service to and from the Red Hawk Deck, Student Center, General
parking lots, the Clove Road Apartments and the village at Little Falls.

Summer Cources
Early fall admits may begin taking courses in the summer. The list of
summer courses that are offered is available in the Schedule of Summer
Courses Booklet available in the Student Center and the Registrar’s
Office, located in College Hall, Room 204. Summer courses and additional
summer session information may be found at
www.montclair.edu/summersessions. The booklet is made available during
the Spring Semester.

University Bookstore
The University Bookstore, located on the first floor of the Student
Center, offers a number of services and products (textbooks, computers,
software, clothing, supplies, etc.). Current students may visit the
Bookstore, open Monday through Saturday, to purchase books or visit the
following Web site to purchase course textbooks online:

University Police
The MSU Police Department is an independent, full service police
department that is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout
the entire year ensuring safety on campus and providing service to the
campus community. It is located on Heating Plant Way next to the Red Hawk
Deck. The Department may be reached by calling 973-655-5222 for
non-emergencies and 973-655-4111 for emergencies. Students may also call
the non-emergency telephone number for an escort from the main campus to
their car after a late class.
