Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources
Norma provides secretarial support and schedules appointments and meetings for the Vice President for Human Resources. She is also responsible for all HR procurement, managerial timekeeping, office scheduling, telephone reception and HR mail distribution.

HR Systems Administrator
Marc maintains the Human Resource System database, audits information for accuracy, provides information to Information Technology for the on-line directory (updated nightly), and provides HR information to the University administration, federal and state agencies, unions, etc. He also oversees the Web for Employees product.

Assistant Director of Staffing and Employee Relations
Lynarkah is responsible for tasks related to the operation , coordination, administration and maintenance of Human Resources projects related to Civil Service procedures, the labor-management process, staffing, coordination of the PES process, management of the Human Resources website and serves as the vendor and IT liaison.

Assistant Vice President for University Staffing Services
Cathy is responsible for the administrative operations of Staffing Services, which includes managerial, unclassified and classified employment functions, temporary staffing, HRS, Position Control and Human Resources Technology. She is also responsible for the classification, performance evaluation and reappointments for managerial and unit professional staff. Counsels and assists managers in the new hire process, directs the performance-based promotion program, develops Human Resources policies, procedures and practices and conducts exit interviews.

Director of University Staffing Services
Keesha directs the staffing function for civil service/classified positions. Serves as consultant and advisor to hiring managers on recruitment, retention, performance management and separation of civil service employees. Oversight responsibilities for Performance Evaluation System process, New Hire In-processing and Orientation activities for full-time faculty and staff.

Human Resources Coordinator
Zoila is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to Staffing Services and all other areas within the Division of Human Resources. She assists in the new hire process for faculty, librarians, managerial, professional staff and classified employees. She collects and distributes incoming resumes and creates on-line job postings for advertised unclassified positions. She also assists in the Union dues deduction process and prepares and maintains various Divisional reports, including the Board of Trustees New Hire Report.

Director of Organizational Development and Training.
Charlie directs the Organizational Development and Training Department. His responsibilities include developing, implementing and conducting training programs. He provides consulting services to various campus constituencies on organizational issues impacting the effective operation of the University.

Org. Development & Training Analyst
Lori works with MSU employees seeking assistance with organizational concerns: individually, in small groups, or with entire departments. She also develops or acquires training materials and facilitates training sessions, when organizational analysis determines that such interventions may improve departmental effectiveness. Lori also assists the Director of Organizational Development & Training with departmental business, including performing industry research, as needed.

Helen is responsible for University health insurance enrollments and assists in pension administration. She serves as liaison to the State Department of Personnel on various benefits issues. She also provides customer service.

Betty is responsible for coordinating, administering, and overseeing the University's SLI/Workers Compensation program and medical leave programs. Director of Employee Services for Payroll and Benefits
Pat directs the day to day operations of group benefit programs and oversees payroll processing in compliance with federal and state laws and University policies. Pat works to provide a framework for the exchange of vital information while insuring that integrity and confidentiality is maintained for all aspects of benefits and payroll.

Supervisor of Payroll Records
Phyllis is responsible for processing direct deposits of payroll checks. She also processes graduate assistants and Threatrefest payrolls, certifies pensions, and lump-sum sick pay. She is also responsible for processing all W-2's annually, overtime payments and sales of savings bonds.

Kalpana is responsible for ensuring that benefits and deductions are correct on the University HRS Computer System. She serves as liaison and coordinator between Human Resources and the Payroll Department and ensures the accuracy of and mailing out of all W-2s annually. She is also responsible for adjunct and visiting specialist payrolls; child support, garnishments and tax levy processing.

Senior Payroll Clerk
Zoya is responsible for processing the hourly and limited duration employee timesheets; student payroll;professional specialist(Q) payments, vision care reimbursements, employment verification and ensuring the accuracy of pension calculations for Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), Teachers Pension & Annuity Funds (TPAF), and Police and Firemen's Retirement System (PFRS).
