The Office of Employee Benefits provides information and assistance on a comprehensive, competitive, and generous benefits package afforded to the faculty and staff of Montclair State University and their dependents including partners in Civil Unions. These valuable benefits substantially enhance both the quality of life and level of compensation at Montclair State.

Each semester workshops are offered to provide substantive information on a variety of benefits topics. Our goal is to provide information to meet the needs of our employees in a regular and systematic way as well as to provide access to this information in a timely fashion as the need arises.
