Open Enrollment For Calendar Year 2012 For State Health Benefits Program (SHBP)

The open enrollment period for the State Health Benefit Program (SHBP) ends Friday, November 11, 2011. All employees who wish to make changes to their health benefits for 2012 must have the original enrollment application and required documentation in the Office of Employee Benefits, College Hall, Room 314B by 4:30 PM on Friday, November 11, 2011.
