ECC Pledge Card | ECC Code Book

The annual Employees Charitable Campaign (ECC) fund drive has begun for 2012-2013. While participation in this endeavor is voluntary, Montclair State University employees have a distinguished record of participating in this campaign. This past year Montclair State University employees contributed $20,000 and we would like to build on that record this year. In order to facilitate your participation we are pleased to make available all of the information needed to make a pledge here on our ECC website, most notably the Code Book and the Pledge Card. Links are located in the column to the left.

There are three ways to contribute:

Online Pledging-You may select to register on the ECC website to pledge directly to the Campaign.

Payroll Deduction - The amount you choose to contribute will be deducted from your paycheck. You may choose to designate your contribution or you may choose to make an undesignated donation that will be managed and distributed by our "Partners in Giving."

If you choose to designate an agency or organization, you will find the appropriate information and code numbers in the Employees Charitable Campaign Code Book. For designations via payroll deduction, the contribution must be a minimum of $52 per designated organization or agency ($2.00 per pay or appropriate amount based on the number of payroll periods).

One Time Cash or Check Contribution - When contributing via cash or check, make the check payable to Employees Charitable Campaign (ECC). If you choose to designate your contribution to a specific organization/agency, the donation must be a minimum of $52 per designated organization or agency. Any amount less than $52 will be considered undesignated and will be managed and distributed by our "Partners in Giving."

Current contributors that wish to continue their contribution must complete a new pledge card. Payroll deductions will begin the first pay period in 2010. Completed pledge cards should be returned to Lynarkah Stephen,Asst. Director of Staffing and Employee Relations, - CO-316. Ms. Stephen can be reached at x4498.

Thank you for your continued commitment to helping those in need and improving the lives of your fellow citizens.
