The Office of Employee Relations is located in the Division of Human Resources, 316 College Hall.
The mission of the Office of Employee Relations is to value and acknowledge each and every University employee as someone who contributes to the achievement of the University’s mission. Employee/employer issues are resolved in a climate of respect through guidance and counseling, and the consistent application of University policy and other negotiated terms and conditions of employment. Each and every employee served by the Office of Employee Relations leaves with the experience of having been treated fairly and equitably. To achieve this mission the Office of Employee Relations participates in the administration of the University’s employee relations program in the areas of negotiations, contract administration, dispute resolution, employee relations communications, and the adjunct faculty appointment process.
