George Antoniou of Computer Science had a paper, "Transfer Function Computation for Multidimensional Systems," published in the international journal Multidimensional Systems and Signal Processing, Vol. 13, No. 4, 2002.

Marie Cascarano of Health and Wellness has received $6,650 from Rowan University/New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services for a comprehensive tobacco control program that will allow four student leaders to work as peer counselors in activities and educational programs about the harmful effects of tobacco.

Michael Zey of Marketing was quoted in the Jan. 1 edition of the Asbury Park Press in an article, "Crystal Ball Clouded by War Worries," which dealt with political and economic events affecting the United States over the next year. He also was interviewed by the French newspaper La Liberation regarding the resignation of Steve Case as AOL chairman. Entrepreneur.com, the Web site of Entrepreneur magazine, interviewed Zey for an article on the economic stimulus programs offered by both President Bush and the Democrats. Zey also was heard on KTAR-AM radio station in Phoenix, Ariz. during its drive-time morning news program talking about his views on the United States achieving energy independence.
