The charge of the commission is to "examine the legal, economic and policy issues surrounding video lotteries and provide a thorough and exhaustive review of its implications in the state." The commission, which will be chaired by former Gov. Brendan T. Byrne, has been asked to issue a report within 90 days. A copy of the executive order creating the commission can be viewed at www.state.nj.us/governor. Robert Gilbert of Health Professions, Physical Education, Recreation
