Montclair State is participating in a cell phone pilot program, exploring ways to improve campus communication. The Office of Information Technology, in conjunction with the Division of Student Development and Campus Life, has been working on the program that will determine whether traditional land lines in residence halls at the University might become obsolete. MSU boasts graduation rate above national level

When it comes to graduation rates, Montclair State's is higher than those of similar universities across the nation. A group of educational leaders involved in a national Graduation Rate Outcomes Study set to find out why MSU's 57-percent six-year graduation is well above the 49-percent national average for similar schools.

Student employees honored for their hard work
For the 11th year, student employees will be recognized for their outstanding work on campus. Currently there are 830 student employees who work in more than 90 departments and offices. Seventy-two students were nominated and 35 will receive awards at the ceremony.

Annual Dinner celebrates 25th year of the School of Business
This year's annual dinner,"From Jeans to Pinstripes," celebrates the 25th anniversary of the School of Business. The dinner will be held Tuesday, April 12, at 6 p.m. on the stage of the Alexander Kasser Theater.
