at 68, is determined to earn degree
It's
been 50 years since Adrienne Stewart was a freshman at New York
University, aspiring to become a teacher and make a difference in
the lives of young people. Personal and financial obstacles, however,
thwarted her plans, forcing her to drop out of school with just
50 credits toward her degree. Now, at age 68, Stewart is determined
to finish what she started more than half a century ago. Read more
