The contract for business cards has been awarded to Caddo Design and Office Supplies. All orders can be placed online through the Caddo Web site. Existing Caddo accounts will continue to place orders online and be billed for business cards in the same manner as office supplies. Employees who do not have a Caddo Account, please use the Business Card Request Form, which can be found on the Procurement Services Web site. Fax the form to Procurement Services at 5468. Procurement Services will place the order and debit the account. All business cards will be delivered to Procurement Services, College Hall, Room 304. For more information, call John Goscinski at 7468 or Klavdiya Hammond at 7858. Heating Plant Way has been renamed Red Hawk Road. The change in nomenclature was approved by the Board of Trustees at its July 22 meeting. The Student Financial Aid Office is now located in two offices on the second floor in College Hall. Student Financial Planning in Room 208 houses financial aid counselors and support staff. All students should be referred to this location. Student Financial Aid in Room 222 houses the director's office and background support staff. Phone numbers, fax numbers, and e-mail address have not changed. The Art Galleries received a 2004 Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation Arts Grant in the amount of $8,400 to support a new show, "Celestial Boundaries," which looks at the way the moon, the stars and sun figure in the work of New Jersey artists from different cultural backgrounds. The Women's Studies Program is pleased to announce that Sally McWilliams of English will serve as director of the Women's Studies Program for the 2004-05 and 2005-06 academic years. Weekly swim lessons for children ages 4 to 12 are being offered through the University's swim program. Lessons will begin Wednesday, Sept. 8, or Friday, Sept. 10, and will end the week of Oct. 4. grant to the College of Science and Mathematics to support a graduate
student in the Doctor of Environmental Management Program. The Catherine
McMullen-Blake Doctoral Fellowship will provide full tuition, fees, room
and and $35,500 stipend per year, for up to four years, to a highly qualified
full-time student in the program. More information about the program is
