Hope and Remembrance: University plans events commemorating Sept. 11

The Montclair-Boonton service is scheduled to begin this month from the Montclair Heights station, taking residents from Essex and Passaic counties for a direct ride into New York's Penn Station. The icing on the cake, however, will come in 2004 when work is complete on a nearby 1,500-space parking garage and pedestrian overpass that will connect the deck to the station.
