The offices of Budget and Planning, Finance and Treasury, Accounting and Financial Services, and Accounts Payable have relocated from College Hall to the first floor of 855 Valley Road, Clifton. The State Health Benefits open enrollment period will end Oct. 31. During October, employees can enroll in any of the plans offered, change to a different health and/or dental plan, or add eligible dependents not previously enrolled. Employees also can enroll in the Tax Save Program, which includes the unreimbursed Medical and Dependent Care Spending Account. The Tax Save Program can save employees tax money by paying health and dental benefit premiums and eligible reimbursed medical and/or dependent care expenses from before-tax dollars. There is no premium cost to any employees who enroll in NJ Plus. Employees will pay 5 percent of the premium cost if enrolled in an HMO or 25 percent of the premium cost if enrolled in the Traditional Plan.
