The offices of Budget and Planning, Finance and Treasury, Accounting and Financial Services, and Accounts Payable have relocated from College Hall to the first floor of 855 Valley Road, Clifton. Office and staff telephone and fax numbers have not changed. Access to FRS and general business processes have not changed as a result of this relocation. There will be a special Oktoberfest menu in the Student Center Dining Room on Wednesday, Oct. 8, from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. The deadline for fall 2003 Global Education Grant proposals is Friday, Nov. 7. Lambda Pi Eta, the national communications honor society, is holding a bake sale Tuesday, Oct. 7, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. outside the Dance Studio in Life Hall. Faculty, staff and students get a 10-percent discount between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The State Health Benefits open enrollment period will end Oct. 31. During October, employees can enroll in any of the plans offered, change to a different health and/or dental plan, or add eligible dependents not previously enrolled. Employees also can enroll in the Tax Save Program, which includes the unreimbursed Medical and Dependent Care Spending Account. The Tax Save Program can save employees tax money by paying health and dental benefit premiums and eligible reimbursed medical and/or dependent care expenses from before-tax dollars. There is no premium cost to any employees who enroll in NJ Plus. Employees will pay 5 percent of the premium cost if enrolled in an HMO or 25 percent of the premium cost if enrolled in the Traditional Plan. work is available in Sprague Library. The space is designed for faculty
who want to display their students' work done as part of a classroom project
