Five people correctly guessed the answer to the Oct. 22 trivia question: What is the name of the artist who created "Ophiuchus: The Serpent Bearer," which stands near Sprague Library, and during what months does the sun cast a shadow that reveals the image? The correct answer is former professor Mac Adams and the months of May through July. The winner, chosen by random drawing, is Gail Smyth of Accounting, Law and Taxation, who will receive a $20 gift certificate to the University Bookstore. For a $20 gift certificate, correctly guess the answer to this week's question: What message appears on the pole recently installed in front of Bohn Hall and in what languages can it be read? The winner's name will be drawn from among the correct answers. Send your answers to Bill Valladares at valladaresw@mail.montclair.edu by Wednesday, Nov. 14. Please put Trivia Contest in the subject line. Good luck! Hint: The answer can be found in this issue of INSIGHT Online. |
