[back to top] Nov 17: "Brick City Blues," co-written by Yvette Hall of Academic Advising and alumna Tracy Smith, along with 11 other women, will be direced by Tony and Grammy Award-nominated wordsmith Reg E. Gaines, co-author of "Bring in da Noise, Bring in da Funk," at 8 p.m. at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark. The play incorporates poetry and performance by the authors, a multigenerational group of women who are all residents of Newark. For tickets, call 1-888-GO-NJPAC.
