Kathleen Bauer and Carol Sokolik of Human Ecology had their book, Basic Nutrition Counseling Skill Development -- A Guideline for Lifestyle Management, published by Wadsworth/Thomson Learning, one of the foremost publishing companies in counseling and nutrition.

Kossi Edoh of Computer Science had his paper, "A new algorithm for the computation of invariant curves using arc-length parameterization," published in ICCIT 2001 Exploring Emerging Technologies, World Scientific.
