April 13-15: "Of Mice and Men." John Steinbeck's powerful story of the drifters with a dream of buying a farm has maintained its popularity for more than 60 years. 8 p.m. April 6-8 and 13-15; 2 p.m. April 9; and 1 p.m. April 14. April 14:"New Shanghai Circus." These highly skilled performers follow an unbroken tradition dating back to 700 B.C. Spectacular feats of strength and balance are displayed with artistry and athleticism in this breathtaking new show. 7 p.m., Memorial Auditorium. Tickets: $15.

May 7: "Shim Chung" performed by Universal Ballet of Korea. Korea's premier classical ballet company featuring more than 50 dancers from seven nations in an orignal full-length Korean fairy tale, "Shim Chung." The company is led by Prima Ballerina Julia Moon and Artistic Director Oleg Vinogradov, who directed Russia's Kirov Ballet for 20 years. 7 p.m., Memorial Auditorium. At Yogi Berra Museum

Admission to the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center is $4 for adults; $2 for children and students. Programs are free with admission (unless otherwise noted). Guided group tours are available. Hours are Wednesday-Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. For information, call 2378.

April 13: Yankee Trophy Exhibit. Display of 1999 Yankee world championship trophy, in addition to 1998, 1996, 1978 and 1977 trophies. This will be the first time all five Yankee trophies will be in the same place. Length of exhibit TBA.

April 19-June 9: "Glove Story," an exhibit on the evolution of the baseball glove, including rare vintage gloves from the 19th century and hands-on replicas, developed by glove guru John Golomb.

April 30: Discussion and book signing of The Man in the Dugout: Baseball's Top Managers and How They Got that Way by Hall of Fame baseball writer Leonard Koppett. 1-3 p.m.

May 12: Celebration of Yogi Berra's 75th birthday. Free admission to museum with birthday greeting.

July 21-23: Large-scale exhibit of Mark McGwire's 70th and Sammy Sosa's 66 home run balls, and five other record-breaking baseballs from the historic 1998 season. The exhibit is on loan from the McFarlane Collection.
