In the shadow of the tragic events that shook the nation earlier in the week, the University community gathered in solidarity to remember the victims and their families, and celebrate the lives and futures of Montclair State’s newest graduates. Financial Aid helps students get money faster

ew technology lab a learning ground for faculty and staff
It's being called the "Room of Possibilities." College Hall Room 123 has been transformed from a basic computer training room to a state-of-the-art Faculty/Staff Development Lab, with endless opportunities to learn how to use the latest technology for teaching and learning. Dodge Foundation awards grant for teacher preparation

The Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation recently awarded Montclair State University a grant in recognition of its excellent and innovative training programs for New Jersey public school teachers. (Full Story)


Summer camp standout tells her own story

Each summer, Montclair State's camp for academically gifted youth uncovers latent talents in subjects ranging from performing arts to medieval history. One camper in this year's class, Jennifer Sichel, enrolled in the program's creative writing course and wound up honoring her counselors by copping a second-place award from the New Jersey Association for Gifted Children. President Cole addresses campus community at Opening Day
Montclair State University President Susan A. Cole welcomed faculty and staff to the start of a new academic year during Opening Day on Sept. 4.
