Contact: Montclair, N.J. – In memory of those who died on 9/11, as well as in support of the victims’ families, Montclair State University’s Campus Ministry Council will be holding a special Memorial Service and Flag Viewing on September 11. The Flag of Honor contains the names of all those who perished on 9/11 in the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks and the United Airlines crash. Rose Wesolowski of Career Development has generously donated the flag to Montclair State University. The Memorial Service will be held from 12 Noon to 1 p.m. at the Student Center Flag pole. The memorial service will be held in Ballroom C in the Student Center in the event of inclement weather. Montclair State is New Jersey's second largest and fastest growing university. It offers the advantages of a large university--a comprehensive undergraduate curriculum with a global focus, a broad variety of superior graduate programs through the doctoral level, and a diverse faculty and student body--combined with a small college's attention to students.
