A Real Estate Sales "Pre-Licensure" course will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from Sept. 27 to Dec. 20, 7 to 10 p.m. This course is approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and prepares students with approved course material to take the state exam. Students will learn to prepare sales contracts, leases, listing agreements and other forms. Students will receive a certificate upon satisfactory completion of this course Arthur H. Weintraub is the instructor. Fee is $300.
Also available is a convenient three-phase Real Estate Broker's course approved by the New Jersey State Real Estate Commission for qualified applicants All individuals must have had three years of FULL TIME apprenticeship immediately prior to filing the Broker's application. Arthur Weintraub is the instructor for all three courses, which meet Mondays and Wednesdays:
A 30-hour Ethics and Agency course will be held from Sept. 27 to Nov. 8 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Fee is $150.
A 30-hour Management course will be held from Nov. 10 to Dec. 20, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Fee is $150.
