University Senate Constitution
Preamble
-
- The Montclair State University community, committed to the
concept of shared governance, to the encouragement of mutual respect,
and to a general concern for academic and administrative excellence,
affirms the principles of open discussion, frequent and timely
communication, and direct involvement in the affairs and
decision-making processes of the University as set forth in this
Constitution of the University Senate of Montclair State University.
ARTICLE I. Name
-

Senate of Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, New Jersey.
