Misrepresentation

The university is committed to providing clear and concise information to students, prospective students and the general public.  A misrepresentation is a false, erroneous or misleading statement about the nature of the university’s educational programs, the nature of financial charges, or the employability of the university’s graduates, and the university will not tolerate any employee making such statements.  Any violation of this directive will be taken seriously and the university will ensure that it is not repeated.
