Paralegal Studies

The Paralegal Studies program provides students with the knowledge and education for direct employment opportunities in the paralegal field. It also provides the academic foundation for students interested in pursuing law school.

With the exception of giving legal advice, making court appearances and setting fees, a paralegal may carry out many tasks under the supervision of an attorney. Paralegals may not provide legal services to the public, except as permitted by law.
