The Academy was founded and is directed by Ken Bain, author of the international best-selling book What the Best College Teachers Do, and founding director of centers at Northwestern, NYU, and Vanderbilt. Our Service Learning Program is a Theodore M. Hesburgh Faculty Development Award winner.
