Inclusive Teaching

A wide variety of social forces can influence who learns and who doesn't. As a result, many potentially capable and even extremely bright students do not achieve the kind of work that they could do if those forces were not present. We regard this situation as a waste of talent and believe that if we can better understand those often subtle forces, that we can begin to free many students from the social forces that bind them and help them to achieve remarkable levels of learning. Inclusive Teaching seeks to reduce the influence of some of those forces and to include every student in the opportunity to learn.
