April 16, 2010 - Vice presidents forward recommended budget requests to Budget Office

April 16-May 14, 2010 - Budget Office reviews divisional budget requests; President and Budget Office holds budget hearings with Vice Presidents and Deans

May 17, 2010 - Senate Budget and Finance Committee reviews preliminary FY2011 Budget

June 1-30, 2010 - President makes preliminary budget allocations

July 1, 2010 - FY2011 begins

July 7, 2010- FY2011 operating budget adjustments are made based on final State Appropriation

July 22, 2010 - Final FY2011 budget is presented to Board of Trustees for approval
