December 16, 2009- Final date for invoice submission for payment in calendar year 2009. Invoices received after this date will be processed with the 2010 check printing.

June 7, 2010- Final date for processing of MSU Online Requisition

July 5, 2010- Final date for reconciling FY 2010 Purchasing card transactions

July 7, 2010 - Final date for submission of Travel Expense Vouchers- for all travel prior to June 30, 2010
