A significant perk with living on campus is the unfettered access to the wide variety of delicious dining options available to students, and as with other aspects of your college education and experience, we don’t limit your options. At a new addition to our most popular dining hall, “Pulse on Dining at Sam’s Place” you can choose from a wide variety of foods: sandwiches, soups, salads, pasta, burgers and fries, ethnic foods and many other specialties. Try a little bit of everything - the buffet is “all you care to enjoy.” If you’d like something a little more specialized, try the “Food on Demand” service at Freeman Hall. If you're looking for a little flair, the recently-renovated Blanton Hall features a food court on the first floor which is home to Dunkin' Donuts, Which Wich Sandwich Shop, and Chili's, with an open seating arrangement.
Make sure you visit the Montclair State Dining webpage to learn more and see what's new with dining on campus!

Residential Living at its finest
Enjoy our brand-new, beautiful residential community called "The Heights." The Heights is a state-of-the-art, 567,271-square-foot residential and dining complex open to all resident students regardless of grade level. The Heights goes beyond the traditional "dorm" experience, adding amenities that are more like those at a hotel than those at a normal college residence hall, including closets, a vanity outside private bathrooms and suite-style living even for first-year students. It's not just a room, it's home sweet home.
