New Jersey School of Conservation is the nation’s oldest and largest university-operated environmental education facility, providing daylong and overnight field trips to students, teachers and researchers at all levels. Our mission is to gather knowledge of earth systems through research and to communicate this knowledge through education. When you study climate change and the Antarctic ice melt or research jellyfish population of Barnegat Bay, you’ll engage in scientific inquiry at the highest level.
