Student Records in FAS

From the Web for Faculty Advisor menu, the following links provide information:

• My Advisees: a list of your currently assigned advisees—you can email the whole list from this page, or any student individually at their MSU email
• Advise by Student ID or Name: look up all the information on this list for any student with their ID number
• Student Schedule: see your student's current schedule
• Degree Audit: view academic progress towards degree for any student
• Grades: useful for advising students during midterm grade/early alert periods
• Holds: view any holds that will prevent your student from registration
• Registration Status: identifies the cousres for which your student is presently registered
• Student Schedule: see your students current schedule
• Transfer Credit: use this link to verify if the student’s transfer credits are appearing on their transcript
• Unofficial Transcript: view a semester by semester list of the student’s enrollment and grades
