Work on New Campus Buildings Set to Begin in September

Montclair State University has awarded a $102-million construction contract to Terminal Construction Corporation to provide general contractor services in support of the construction of two new state-of-the-art academic buildings on the University campus: a Center for Environmental and Life Sciences facility for the College of Science and Mathematics and a new main building for the School of Business. Montclair State Chosen for New Jersey Governors’ Debate

Montclair State University has been selected by the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission to sponsor one of two planned gubernatorial debates this fall. The debates will feature Republican Gov. Chris Christie and Democratic challenger State Senator Barbara Buono. The University will partner with NJTV to host the event at the Alexander Kasser Theater. Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship Upcoming Events

The Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship opened earlier this year and serves the entire Montclair State University community. Red Hawks Finish 28th in Division III Learfield Sports Directors' Cup

Karen Love '94

As the founder and artistic director of the Umoja Dance Company, Karen Love ’94 incorporates the skills and strategies she learned at Montclair State every day. She works on routines with dancers and teaches modern and African dance to kids and adults alike. “I’m always going back to what I learned and teaching it to my students,” she said. In addition to teaching, Love choreographs dances and performs, often collaborating with other artists. [View full details]
