Kevin Olsen of Chemistry and Biochemistry examines the equipment recently
donated to the department by Boehringer Ingelheim, a pharmaceutical manufacturer
in Ridgefield, Conn. The laboratory robots, which had analyzed inhalers
for asthma medication in the development of new therapies, will be used
by students learning the principles of robotics.
